Back up 0.2lbs. Apparently I'm simply maintaining - which is what I was doing
before I started torturing myself with the Shred. Can we say frustrated?!
Next week I'm going to add in a new element - fasting. I'll tell you more about it next week. Off for more torture now.
Think about how much physically and mentally stronger you are now though! You stuck with something that was super hard ~ and made it even harder once you'd accomplished your goals!! Most of us end up amending our goals in the other direction!
ReplyDeleteYou should be proud of your accomplishments, too. I know it's easy to become disappointed and give up when we don't get the results we wanted WHEN we wanted them, but if our goal is to be healthy and active, and to have controlled, well-balanced eating habits, the exact number on the scale doesn't matter quite as much.
